so i was working diligently on the girls of capcom series. i got the base colours down for leilei and sakura, which were the two i finished inking last night. then the cell block tango came on.

now, when i moved in, one of my speakers separated itself from the other. i'm missing the mormon verse. i guess some computers just can't hold their surroundsound.

so i moved into the living room and popped in my chicago dvd. and then i promptly stopped working on the girls. i then did this. just finished it, straight shot. unfortunately the only real horrible bleeding was from dark nation on rufus' chin. oh well.

thanks to and , i edited this a bit and rescanned a little cleaner. rawr.

prisma markers do a lot of the work for you X3 actually, i'm pleasantly surprised with how that turned out and also its seeming unpopularity on the grand dA scale. i would expect something more than 17 hits ._.

If this were poster sized and overly shiny, I would be the first mount it upon my wall with all the pride of a captured bounty. It strikes me as something that would look impressive on the large scale.

The yellow behind Rude reminds me of a warm sunset, reflecting off his head.

Rufus is my favorite. The pose, the expression...utterly pinned perfectly. < 3

i would do that, only i'm terrified of my art up close. i didn't use bristol or anything useful like that on this, just regular computer paper. it did its part, but it didn't exactly stop ALL the bleed, so... my art is very rarely up to snuff, which is why i mentioned it in the comments, it bleeeeeeds a lot with little to nothing i can do to really edit that well.

i'm in love with it though. i'm tempted to put it on MY wall, and that's saying something. i only have one thing i made on my wall X3

Well, lately most of the 'Turks' fanart floating about is based more off of the movie. This looks more like the original game, which is refreshing. 8D

that's likely the biggest compliment i've had yet. in truth, i don't much like advent children. i've been a fan since it came out and have run a shinra-centric site since '02, so the old-school is what keeps me going <3
